Opora is an iPhone app for adults with ADHD who stall at the start. It has an interval timer set to each person’s own focus length, tasks sorted as animals, a grove that grows from finished intervals, and short CBT and DBT practices for hard moments. Thirty clay-looking weirdos sit in the same states as the people who use it, frozen before the start or melted on the couch, and joke about themselves. A missed day adds nothing and takes nothing away. The data stays on the phone, with no account and no ads.
Опора помогает взрослым с СДВГ, которые буксуют на старте. В ней есть интервальный таймер под личную длину фокуса, задачи-звери, роща, которая растёт из завершённых интервалов, и короткие практики из КПТ и ДБТ на трудный момент. Тридцать пластилиновых всратышей застревают там же, где их хозяева: застывают перед стартом, растекаются по дивану, и все шутки у них про себя. Пропущенный день ничего не добавляет и ничего не отнимает. Данные остаются на телефоне. Аккаунт не нужен, рекламы нет.

The weirdos and the hedgehog

At the start
A new user picks a companion: the hedgehog, shown here at its four stages, or one of these eleven weirdos, each living in a state from the app’s “What’s up with me?” list. The hedgehog gets its name from its person. It hatches on the first step and grows up at levels 4 and 7.
The collection
One weirdo waits on each level from 2 to 20. Days, tasks, intervals and practices add up to the level. It does not go down, and no purchase raises it.
